Return Policy
Please choose carefully when placing your order, as we do not refund if you change your mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or vouchers.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. You will need to provide photographic evidence of any damages.

We endeavor to not send out faulty/damaged products, all items will be checked prior to sending.  

Product damaged or lost in transit – contact us at houseofpatchworkltd@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, for the team to assess the issue.
